Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders cannot be opened or inspected in the presence of the delivery courier before accepting the delivery.
Exchange & Warranty Policy
Color Change Warranty:
- Products covered by the color change warranty are eligible for exchange within the warranty period if their color changes.
- Exchanges can be made for any other product of equal value.
Exchange Due to Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us.
- Please provide a clear photo of the received item to show the issue.
- No shipping fees will be charged to the customer in such cases.
- Exchanges can be arranged online or at any bazaar where SABIYA is participating.
سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
- يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
- لا يُسمح بفتح الطلب أو فحص المنتجات مع مندوب الشحن قبل الاستلام.
سياسة الاستبدال والضمان
الضمان ضد تغيير اللون:
- المنتجات المشمولة بضمان تغيير اللون يمكن استبدالها خلال فترة الضمان في حالة تغير لونها.
- يكون الاستبدال بمنتج آخر بنفس قيمة المنتج الأصلي.
الاستبدال في حالة وجود عيب أو خطأ في الطلب:
- في حالة استلام منتج به عيب أو منتج غير مطابق للطلب، يمكنك طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، عن طريق التواصل معنا.
- يُرجى إرسال صورة واضحة للمنتج المستلم لتوضيح المشكلة.
- لا يتحمل العميل أي مصاريف شحن في هذه الحالة.
- يمكن إتمام الاستبدال أونلاين أو من خلال أي بازار نشارك فيه.
